Specification
Systems, not single products
A facade fails at the weakest coat, and it is almost never the topcoat. These are the build-ups we specify most often in the Emirates.
New render, external facade
Allow the render to cure. Level with Exterior Plaster where needed, prime with Acrylic or Silicone Exterior Primer depending on exposure, then two coats of Orbis or Aquatic. Silicone primer where the elevation takes driven rain or salt air.

Fill with Neon Elastic Filler, prime with Neon Elastic Primer, then Neon Elastic Texture — Plus or Max where movement is greater. The elastic build-up bridges the crack instead of mapping it back through the finish.

Plastic Gypsum Primer over the board, Interior Plaster to level, then two coats of Moss, Leona or the Minoa line where low odour matters — occupied buildings, hotels, clinics.
Minoa HealthyFeature walls and decorative work
Calcino for polished lime plaster, Conkratos for concrete effect, Duchesse Satin for metallic and soft-touch, Legno for wood effect. Each is a system — base, material, finish — and each needs its own tool.
